“I talk about this all the time. It seems like a lot of people have the Instagram or Twitter mentality that everyone needs to know all of their thoughts and actions. But on the other hand, I’m a big fan of exposing bad behavior. Now instead of ‘politely looking the other way.’ The same societal restrictions against speaking made things less confrontational and fostered a lot of racist, sexist, and abusive behavior.”
