Some areas of Massachusetts It had already received up to a foot of snow as of Sunday morning, with more to come.

The state’s winning city so far is Haverhill, which had received 12 inches of snow as of 10 a.m. Just across the New Hampshire border, Plaistow and Windham also reported receiving a foot of snow.

Tuftonboro, New Hampshire, Limerick, Maine, and Norfolk, Connecticut, also got 12 inches.
