A surprise jackpot changes everything, including home address. The as-yet-unknown winner of an unprecedented $1.326 billion Powerball ticket sold in Northeast Portland will soon have the money — after paying federal and state taxes — to purchase any Oregon residential property on the market.

Here are five top properties across the state that could be attractive.
