Kate Middleton, Princess of Wales, was seen in public with her husband Prince William over the weekend at a local farm stand just a short distance from the couple’s home in Windsor, England, according to multiple reports.

While any royal family appearance attracts press and spectators, the princess has reportedly been seen in public only three times since December, the last time in mid-January after she was admitted to hospital, about Kensington Palace officials said she had a scheduled abdominal surgery, ABC News reported.

Following the 42-year-old’s January 16 medical procedure, which officials only said was unrelated to cancer, rumors about her health began circulating on social media.

Her prolonged absence from public responsibilities, coupled with a doctored Mother’s Day photo of Middleton and her three children released by Kensington Palace, intensified speculation about her health and her marriage to Prince William.

Mother’s Day is celebrated in the United Kingdom in early March.

The Associated Press, along with several other outlets that initially published the photo, retracted the image.

The Sun, a UK outlet, first reported that the princess was seen “happy, relaxed and healthy” in Windsor, but on Monday TMZ released video footage of the royals strolling near a farm stand on Saturday.

The tabloid outlet wrote, “There’s no one around to bother them… and Kate, of course, looks very happy here — smiling and even chatting with her husband.” Has been.”

For the doctored photo, Middleton apologized in a social media post on March 11, saying, “Like many amateur photographers, I occasionally experiment with editing. I wanted to apologize for any confusion caused by the family photo we shared yesterday. Thank you for your good wishes and continued support over the past two months. Happy Mother’s Day to all.”

Whatever “confusion” the photo may have caused, TMZ says many believe the apology was due to Middleton taking blame for the image that was edited by palace officials.
