Baron Cohen said that “documents, film footage and eyewitness accounts” could support his case.

Earlier this month, Wilson said in an Instagram video that her book would include details of a time she worked with someone she described as using abusive language.

He has now named the subject of that chapter as Baron Cohen, and wrote: “I will not be intimidated or silenced by expensive lawyers or PR crisis managers.”

Speaking in 2014, she said: “He just keeps pushing you and pushing you and pushing the comedy in every single scene, which is why his stuff is so out loud funny.”

When her book Rebel Rising was announced last year, Wilson said the book would be “like me sitting down and telling my deepest, darkest secrets to a friend… with a few laughs, of course “.

Sarah Emslie of HarperCollins, its UK publisher, said it was “full of the honesty, intelligence, humor and vigorous spirit I was expecting”.

He added, “As well as being an actress, comedian and director, Rebel is also an incredibly astute businesswoman and it was clear from the beginning that she knew how to take her book to the top of the bestseller list. What needs to be done.” Earth.”
