Naga Chaitanya and Chandu Mondeti’s latest film Thandel is a love story set against a maritime backdrop and is based on real events that shook the entire nation. The makers who had earlier released the first look of Naga Chaitanya and also released a poster of Sai Pallavi came back with a glimpse – Essence of Thandale.

True to the title, the glimpse showcases the essence of the film. It is a promising love story full of exciting elements. Naga Chaitanya plays the role of a fisherman who unknowingly crosses the border and ends up in Pakistani waters while fishing with his team.

He is not afraid of Pakistani police officers and speaks highly of our country. In the end the real essence of Thandel i.e. the love story is shown. The story becomes very enjoyable with the entry of Sai Pallavi as Raju’s love interest and soul.

Chandu Mondeti shows his expertise in blending two different emotions. Naga Chaitanya is brilliant in his makeover and performance. He looked strong with long hair and beard and had a strong physique. He delivered the dialogues effectively in Srikakulam language. Sai Pallavi is a perfect choice for this character. She is beautiful and her expressions add magic to the love story.

Sight and sound are in harmony. While Shamdut handles the cinematography, Devi Sri Prasad composes the music. The grandeur of the production is visible in the video.
