Wynonna Judd’s daughter says her famous mom doesn’t answer her calls.

“I think he blocked my number,” Grace Kelly told The Post during an exclusive phone interview from jail.

Kelly, 27, is resting in Alabama’s Elmore County Jail after being arrested on April 5 charges of indecent exposure.

She was charged this week with additional solicitation of prostitution, according to jail records.

“My mom, she thinks I’m on drugs, okay? She wants me to go to rehab. But when I came to jail, I took the drug test and I passed it. I am not on drugs. My mother won’t listen to me, she won’t believe me. She thinks I’m crazy here.

Kelly, who said she lives “here, there and everywhere,” is being held on $2,000 cash bail.

He said no one from his famous family, including his actress aunt Ashley Judd, or his brother Elijah, who is a “game warden in the state of Tennessee,” has contacted him.

She wonders whether the suicide of her grandmother Naomi Judd in 2022 contributed to her misfortune.

“I don’t know if my grandmother cursed me when she shot herself,” he said.

Police said they saw Kelly holding a sign that read “Ride for ride” on the side of the road in the Montgomery suburb of Millbrook.

“I was doing it honestly. I literally had a sign that was like, ‘Help me with my ride,'” Kelly gushed.

When Millbrook Police Department officers first contacted him, he said, “I gave them all my information. I was like, ‘I’m not doing anything wrong. There is no medicine on me.

As she was crossing the road, away from the police, she heard sirens.

“The officer who pulled me over literally told me to get on my f–king knees. , , So I get down on my knees and put my wrists out and I said, ‘I’m going to keep going because I have the right to travel,'” she recalls.

“He’s like, ‘If you go down that path I’ll take you to f–king jail.'”

She said she was initially charged with criminal impersonation.

“I said, ‘Okay, I hope your body camera is working because I’m gonna help you in f–king court because I gave you all my correct information.’

After her identity was confirmed, she claimed her charges were changed to disorderly conduct and obstructing government operations.

She said this was only the beginning of the nightmare.

“They did me wrong, they put me in this chair where they tied me up, literally breaking the skin. They put me in a padded room with a hole in the floor and they turned off the lights on me and I stayed there tied to a chair for three days. No water, no toilets, no anything,” he claimed.

“My wrists actually got cut off by the restraint chair because they hit me so hard because I was basically cursing at all of them, telling them to go to hell because they had no reason to arrest me.” Was. When I go to court, all these things will be removed.”

On her third day in jail, Kelly was charged with solicitation of prostitution, according to jail records.

She claimed that she never wore indecent clothes.

“I was wearing a bra, okay? I was wearing a sports bra over the bra. Over that, I was wearing a T-shirt,” she said. “There are women who go jogging every morning wearing just a sports bra.

“On my bottom, I was wearing a skirt and over that I had panties on, not a thong, actual underwear. No nipples shown. No vagina shown. “Nothing was exposed.”

He believes the authorities are treating him differently because of his lineage.

“Because of who my family is, it’s either a blessing or a curse, it’s almost like they’re trying to throw the book at me. It’s like, ‘Let me do everything I can to make your life hell.'”

“I just finished serving eight years of my sentence, so I’m trying to get back on my feet, but I’m not getting any help from the family. I didn’t get any help from anyone,” she told The Post.

“And I’m trying to do it the right way. I’m trying not to sell drugs. I’m trying not to sell myself out. But what do you do when you don’t have anyone?”
